LEIGHA SINNOTT

Leigha Sinnott is a New York based actor and writer. 

Current:

Leigha is currently working on Chatham, a new TV series set to be produced by Roman Media (shoots in LA, Fall 2024). She is playing Katie (Series Regular).

Leigha is also excited to be playing Emilie (Supporting Lead) in Instinct of Fear, a horror feature film directed by Matthew Brdlik and produced by Jake Bloom (shoots in Chicago, Fall 2024).

About:

Leigha is originally from North Carolina. She attended the highly selective senior year high school drama program at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. While still in high school, Leigha was a National Semi-Finalist at The English Speaking Union's National Shakespeare Competition held at Lincoln Center in New York City, was nominated by her school board and chosen to attend the North Carolina Governor's School Summer Conservatory studying Theater with a focus in Theatre Composition. 

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Juilliard School's Drama Division.

Produced by Cartel Pictures, and directed by Lindsay Hartley; A Predator Returns  (Lead)a feature  thriller for Lifetime, directed by Colin Theys; Martin Eden (Supporting), a period feature which premiered at the Boston Film Festival and was directed by Jay Craven.

THEATRE: Starcrossed (Gone), with The Muse Collective, a modern adaptation of Antigone; written by Peter Gray, directed by Michael Alvarez. Twelfth Night (Viola) with DUMB Theatre Co.; directed by Lindsay Alexandra Carter. Salem: Post Mortem  (Witch I) with The Muse Collective; written by Peter Gray, directed by Michael Alvarez.  The Glass Menagerie  (Laura Wingfield) with Venture Theatre.

She is also a proud founding member of Venture Theatre, based in Bermuda.
